Stop SFUSD School Closures

The San Francisco Unified School District is grappling with a surprising challenge: despite having more teachers per student than many California districts, declining enrollment is forcing tough decisions. While this challenges the perception of understaffing, concerns about low student performance and budget deficits persist. As demographics shift and parents explore other schooling options, SFUSD is witnessing potential school closures on the horizon.

It's time for change, especially in how we fund our schools through Proposition 13. By fixing its limitations, we can guarantee our kids get the education they deserve. Reform Prop 13 to keep our schools thriving and accessible to all!
