California Schools Grapple With Enrollment Crisis

California public schools are facing an enrollment crisis!! This Fall, enrollment in the LA Unified school district dropped by 6%. Many students are leaving public school to find private alternatives, exactly why our state needs to fund our public schools and demonstrate a commitment to our students!

We need to provide school districts with more money to explore creative solutions to this enrollment crisis. Schools should be able to entice students with well-funded programs such a language immersion and leadership focused curriculum. More funding means more resources and more opportunities for our students to grow, opportunities that will entice them to show up and gain the knowledge they deserve.
